Shipping Policy

At BlueGrass Gifts, we handcraft and fulfill every order with care from our Rineyville, Kentucky workshop (and trusted print partners). Here is an overview of our shipping policy:

Free Shipping

All orders ship free anywhere in the continental United States. No minimum purchase, no promo codes required. Shipping is included in our product pricing so there are no surprise fees at checkout.

Processing Times

Wooden Signs: 2–7 business days. Each sign is cut, carved, stained, and finished by hand after your order is placed.

Mugs & Apparel: 2–5 business days. Mugs and shirts are printed to order through our fulfillment partners.

Delivery

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days anywhere in the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery directly with the carrier.

Multiple Items

If your order contains both wooden signs and mugs or apparel, items may arrive in separate shipments since they ship from different fulfillment locations. Each shipment is tracked independently, and all shipments remain 100% free.

International Orders

We currently ship only within the continental United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us at info@bluegrassgifts.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@bluegrassgifts.com with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund the affected items as quickly as possible.
