Processing Times
Because everything is made to order, here's exactly how long your order takes to leave our workshop.
Wooden Signs
Each sign is cut, carved, stained, and sealed by hand in our Kentucky workshop. Every sign is built from scratch after you order.
Mugs & Apparel
Mugs and shirts are printed to order and typically ship within a few days. Every item is made fresh — nothing sits on a shelf.
Processing time is different from shipping time. Once your order leaves the workshop, delivery typically takes another 2–5 days depending on where you are in the country.

Multi-Item Orders May Ship Separately
If you order a wooden sign along with a mug or a t-shirt, your order might arrive in two shipments on different days. Our signs ship from our Kentucky workshop while our mugs and apparel ship from our print fulfillment partners — two different locations, two tracking numbers.
Both ship quickly, but they might not land on your doorstep at exactly the same time. Every shipment is still 100% free — no extra cost because your order came in multiple boxes.
