Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom or personalized signs take 5-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery is typically 2-4 days anywhere in the continental U.S. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves the workshop.
Absolutely — custom orders are one of our favorite things to make. Send us a message with what you're thinking and we'll give you a quote. Wedding, anniversary, and family signs are our most requested customs.
Because every sign is custom-stained to order, we handle returns primarily on damaged or defective items. If your sign arrives damaged, reach out to info@bluegrassgifts.com within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle. Full policy details are on our refund policy page.
