Vinyl signs have sticker lettering applied to the surface — the letters peel off over time. Our signs are V-carved, meaning the letters are literally cut INTO the wood with a CNC machine. You can run your fingers across the carved letters and feel the depth. They won't peel, fade, or lose their definition for decades.

20 finishes in total — a mix of stains and painted finishes. Options include Aged Barrel, Barn Red, Black Paint, Bone, Briarsmoke, Cabernet, Carbon Gray, Dark Walnut, Early American, Ebony, Fogstone, Golden Mahogany, Gray Paint, Kona, Midnight Blue, Olive Brown, Weathered Gray, Western Oak, White Paint, and Worn Navy.

We use pine for our stained signs and poplar for our painted signs. Pine has beautiful natural grain character that takes stain perfectly, while poplar gives us a smooth, consistent surface that's ideal for painted finishes. Both are real solid wood — never plywood or MDF — and hand-picked for quality.

Every sign is sealed with a protective polyurethane finish designed for indoor use. The poly locks in the stain or paint, gives the surface a subtle protective sheen, and keeps your sign looking fresh for years.

Every sign ships with a sawtooth hanger already mounted on the back — just pop a nail or screw in your wall and hang it. No tools or hardware needed from you.

Dust it with a dry microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth — never soak it or use chemical cleaners. Keep out of direct sunlight for years and years to preserve the stain color.

By default, our signs are sealed with indoor-grade polyurethane — they're built to live on a wall inside your home, office, or bar. If you need a sign for an outdoor space, let us know through our contact form before ordering and we can apply a spar urethane finish instead.

Heads up though: even with an exterior-grade finish, wood signs are still subject to some fading and warping when exposed to direct sun, rain, and extreme humidity. Nothing made of real wood lives forever outside — but a spar-sealed sign will last much longer than a standard poly one.

We print on the Gildan Softstyle 64000 — a lightweight (4.5 oz), ultra-soft, classic unisex crew tee. It's a true staple: clean fit, durable, and comfortable enough to wear all year round.

Solid colors are 100% ring-spun cotton, ethically grown and harvested in the U.S. Heather colors use a 35% cotton / 65% polyester blend for added durability. Sport Grey and Antique colors are 90% cotton / 10% polyester, and Graphite Heather is a 50/50 blend. Every shirt is Oeko-Tex certified for safety and quality.

Sizes run from XS to 5XL — a full size range for every body type. Each product page has a size chart with exact width, length, and sleeve measurements so you can find the right fit before ordering.

The Gildan 64000 is a classic unisex cut with a crew neckline and no side seams — clean, versatile, and slightly relaxed. If you're between sizes, size down for a fitted look or stick with your usual size for the relaxed fit. Shoulders are reinforced with twill tape so the shirt holds its shape through years of washing.

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for most designs, with Direct-to-Film (DTF) for sleeve prints and neck labels. DTG bonds the ink directly into the fabric, so the print stays soft to the touch and holds up through normal washing. No cracking, no peeling.

Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F) with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry to extend the life of the print. Iron or steam on low heat only — never directly on the design. No bleach, no dry cleaning.

Yes — every shirt has a pearlized, tear-away label so you can remove it for total comfort. No scratchy tags on the back of your neck.

Custom orders typically take 7–10 business days from approval to shipping. More complex designs or high-volume periods (like the holidays) may take a bit longer. We'll always give you a realistic timeline when we quote the project.

Absolutely. For any custom sign, we send a digital proof for your approval before cutting any wood. You can request revisions until it looks exactly right — then we start production.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started, because we've already cut, stained, and finished a piece specifically for you. That's why we always send a proof first — so you can catch anything before we start cutting.
