Every Sign Is Made Just for You
When you order a sign, we cut, carve, stain, and seal it specifically for your order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to ship — every piece is built from scratch. That means we can't accept returns for change-of-mind the way a big-box store can.
What we absolutely will do: replace or refund any sign that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong. No hassle, no hoops. Just email us with photos and we'll make it right fast.
The Policy in Plain English
Here's exactly what's eligible for a return or refund — and what's not. No surprises.
Covered

Damaged in shipping Cracks, broken corners, finish damage — we'll replace it.

Defective or wrong item Wrong stain color, missing letter, or not what you ordered — we fix it.

Apparel & mugs (unused, 7 days) Unworn, unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

Manufacturing issues Anything that's our fault — always covered, no questions asked.
Not Covered

Custom signs (change of mind) Every sign is stained specifically for your order and can't be restocked.

Used or worn apparel Must be unworn with original tags to qualify for a return.

Damage from outdoor use Unless you requested exterior sealing, signs are made for indoor use.

Returns after 7 days Contact us within 7 days of delivery — after that, we can't process returns.

We Replace or Refund
Depending on the issue, we'll send a replacement, offer a store credit, or process a full refund. Your choice.
When to Expect Your Money Back
Here's exactly how long each step takes once your return is approved.
Day 0 — You email us
Send photos and your order number to info@bluegrassgifts.com.
Within 24 hours — We respond
A real person will review your case and reply with next steps.
Return approved — Refund processed
Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
Up to 10 business days — Money back
The refund shows up on your original payment method. Your bank may add a couple extra days to post.
